Members of the MBA Alumni-NUS held their 23rd Annual General Meeting on 23 February 2008.

At the meeting, the accounts for the year ending 31 December 2007 was approved while a report of the alumni's activities in 2007 was presented to all members.

Four constitutional amendments were also sanctioned. These are:

1. The inclusion of the Immediate Past President in the Executive Committee to allow for continuity during transition, effective handover and prudence in succession.
   
2. To allow the Treasurer to be eligible for re-election for a second consecutive term as through experience of the Executive Committee, having a Treasurer for a longer term would bring some effectiveness and sense of continuity in discharging responsibilities of a Treasurer.
   
3. To allow for Executive Committee Members present in a General meeting or Committee meeting to elect a chairman who shall deputize the President in the event that neither the President nor the Vice President is unable to attend the meeting in person. This will allow transactions of normal business and routine administration to continue through the Executive Committee.
   
4. The removal of Clause 8.9, which now allows members to actively participate in person and contribute their views and feedback on important decisions that require voting.
