NUS-Peking University Celebrate 10 Years of Double Degree MBA Partnership

The International MBA Program - Double Degree will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in September, and looks all set to go on for another 10. The program collaborators - Peking University's Guanghua School of Management and NUS Business School - will be renewing their Memorandum of Understanding for the program.

There will be a symposium after the signing ceremony. Titled "Towards an Asian Renaissance: The Rise of China", the symposium will touch on the economic rise of countries in the region over the last half-century, China's position amid the current economic crisis, and what to expect of China's economic advancement beyond these times. Speakers taking the topic are Captain Wei Jiafu, Executive President and CEO of COSCO, Member of Harvard Business School Asia-Pacific Advisory Board, and Commissioner of National Guidance Commission of MBA Education; and Mr Liew Mun Leong, President and CEO of CapitaLand Group, Chairman, Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Member of NUS Business School Management Advisory Board, and Member of Singapore-China Foundation.

The symposium will also be open to public.

Finally, alumni and invited guests will come together for a hearty dinner, nicely rounding off the occasion.

More details will be provided in an EDM to be sent closer to the date.
