Highlights of Alumni Achievements

Active and committed alumni, including those who have served on the various NUS Business School's alumni associations, have added value to the School and its programs. Some examples of their value add are as follows:


  • NUS-SBF Business Advisors Program
    Spearheaded by NUS Business School Association (NUSBSA); supported by its sister associations - MBA Alumni-NUS, Mandarin Alumni and NUS-SBF BAP; and chaired by Benny Lee, President of NUSBSA; the program has achieved over 100 alumni and around 50 SME sign-ups.

  • NUSBSA's Town Hall Dialogue Session
    This inaugural event, championed by Joey Gan (BBA 1986) and Mahesh Rupawalla (BBA (Hons) 1986), encouraged interaction and intellectual discussions between alumni and students. Following this, NUSBSA will be leading a Business Mission to Hong Kong this November.

  • Peh Chin Hua Charity Art Exhibition
    Spearheaded by Peh Chin Hua (APEX-C MBA 2002), supported by the Mandarin Alumni, the event raised close to half a million dollars toward bursaries.

  • 4th Mandarin Management Forum
    The Mandarin Alumni also ran a well-received forum in September, thanks to support from William Chung (Executive Education 1988), President, Mandarin Alumni and Brian Hwarng, Associate Dean, Office of Executive Education, NUS Business School.

  • Cricket Carnival
    The Alumni, led by Captain Anuj Sahai (APEX-E MBA 2003), organised this family-oriented event in July.

  • Explore Singapore
    The Alumni, led by Dr Suanny Gouw (APEX-E MBA 2007), hosted this event in September which helped newly-enrolled MBA students get acquainted with Singapore.
