Job Description:: Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the marketing and leasing activities in MRT stations and bus interchanges.

You will handle the marketing of shops and machine spaces, renewal of leases, lease documentations, tenders, arrears cases and other leasing matters.

Establishing and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships is an important function of this role.

Requirements:

You should have a Degree in Building & Real Estate or related discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience and good understanding of tenancy matters.

A team player, you should be meticulous, organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines is a must.
