Job Description:: Responsibilities:

To join Leasing and Marketing team to assist in their pre-development marketing process of commercial spaces in MRT stations.

As the project is still under development, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of the tenant mix and following through with the marketing to secure the desired tenants for the stations.

You will be responsible for sourcing for suitable tenants, tenders and ensuring the occupancy for the commercial spaces are maximized before the launch.

You will also assist in the positioning of the project and coordinating with the tenants on their handover to work towards the opening of the commercial shops.

As part of your responsibilities, you are expected to maintain excellent relationships with tenants and agency and be in tune with the trends of the retail industry.

Requirements:

You should possess a diploma or degree in Real Estate Management / Marketing / Business Studies or relevant discipline preferably with a minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail property market.

Knowledge in analysis of data on investment returns, detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a team is also and absolute imperative.
