The individual should be a strong self-starter with an ability to be both strategic and execution oriented, able to successfully work across various culture lead team of FAs to work together towards company’s goal.

- Management of partner programs which includes strategic planning, goal setting, benefits and rewards, budgeting, ROI measurements

- Analyze and report key performance metrics and maximize database marketing for continuous results improvement.

- Establish/redefine framework, processes, performance measurements, training and tools to engage effectively.

- Drive product revenue growth thru new initiatives development, growth and upsell

Requirements:

Experienced Financial Adviser with ability to lead team

Outgoing, energetic with pleasant personality
