Job Description:
- Supports ASG teams and large customer opportunities.
- Focuses on specific enterprise technologies as they relate to company's enterprise products (servers/storage) and solutions.
- Assists in selling activities and positioning of assigned technologies.
- Provides in-depth expertise for assigned technologies, solutions and associated products.
- Focuses majority of time on specific enterprise technology area and associated opportunities.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to ASG and other supporting team.
- Champions or assists in the formation of a subject matter expert team to assure that specific knowledge is disseminated across the entire ASG team.
- Responsible for supporting strategic enterprise product sales efforts through consultative selling activities and presenting to external customers.
- Drives appropriate technologies and business requirements at all levels.
- Assists product marketing/brand group in bringing relevant and competitive technologies to market
- Presents technology-related materials to external customers through workshop, seminar and conference
- Explains technical aspects of featured products
- Interacts regularly with field ASG and ESG organization
- Prioritizes and drives enterprise technologies/solutions in assigned region
- Mentors other SC/TSR to enable effective communication with field Sales organization and enhanced customer experience
- Technological leadership that aligns with ASG leadership and drives results through sales force.

- Influences other organizations; drives outcomes in other groups.
- Operates with a high degree of autonomy
Qualifications
Requirements -
- 15+ years relevant experience.
- Technical/presentation and consultative selling experience preferred.
- Professional certification such as MCSE (most recent), VCP (Vmware), other industry certifications (Oracle, EMC, Networking, Applications), Life-cycle project management certification.
