Job Description:

You will formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio. Your major responsibilities include securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, liaising with property agents, as well as lease management.

Requirements
You should possess a degree in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing and leasing. To succeed in this role, you should have a sound understanding of the real estate industry, an extensive network of contacts and excellent interpersonal skills
