About VSMP
YMCA-NUS Business School Volunteer Service Management Program (VSMP) is aimed at tapping into youths for capability-building in the voluntary sector. On completion of 8 sessions (with flexibility of stretching into next run) and 30 hours of service practicum, a certificate will be co-awarded by both organizers of the program.
Participants & Facilitators
Participants are 14 to 24 year-old students involved in the Citibank-YMCA Youth For Causes (YFC) 2009. Faculty members supervise the course delivery for quality assurance, while alumni contribute in roles as facilitators and mentors.
